Payment Information
$1200 per team
- $400 deposit due by April 30, 2012
- Final balance due May 15, 2012.
- EARLY BIRD: $1050.00 if paid in full by April 1, 2012
- Multiple team discounts available, e-mail for details.
Registration fee includes 5 guaranteed games per team, Meltdown 2012 t-shirts for all coaches and participants.
The Registration "Sponsors / Vendors Registration" is not currently available.

Paperwork
Rosters and waivers will be submitted paperlessly via our online system. Details will be provided upon team/program registration.
All divisions are based on player's 2011-2012 academic year placement. All participants must be a registered US Lacrosse member and complete online waiver form.
Teams, players, and parents should be aware of our tournament rules and expected code of conduct.

Creative Travel Group is the OFFICIAL travel company for the Meltdown Lacrosse Tournament. All “stay and play” teams are to contact Creative Travel Group for their hotel reservations. Creative has negotiated with many hotels in the area to give you the guaranteed best possible tournament rates.
